Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ShotRoom, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. Your continued use of ShotRoom constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of Service
ShotRoom is an AI-powered product photography platform. Users upload garment images and the platform generates professional e-commerce photographs using artificial intelligence. The service is intended for fashion sellers, brands, and e-commerce businesses who require high-quality product imagery without the cost and logistics of a physical photography studio.
3. User Accounts
To use ShotRoom, you must create an account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the service. ShotRoom reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion.
4. Credits and Payments
ShotRoom operates on a credit-based billing system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when AI image generation tasks are performed. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. Pricing and credit pack values are subject to change with reasonable prior notice to registered users.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the garment images you upload to ShotRoom. AI-generated images produced from your uploads are licensed to you for commercial use, including for use in product listings, marketing materials, and social media. ShotRoom retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable outputs for the purpose of improving and training our AI models. We will not use your identifiable garment images for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal content, obscene material, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You may not upload garments bearing counterfeit trademarks or logos without authorization. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary methods. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorized API access is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability
ShotRoom provides its service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. Scheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible. ShotRoom is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
ShotRoom is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShotRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may delete your account from the account settings page. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable. Your uploaded content and generated images will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of account deletion request. ShotRoom may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By using our service, you consent to this jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
ShotRoom may update these terms of service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Your continued use of ShotRoom after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
